We strive continuously to build and establish relationships within communities, including liaising with local organisations and signposting the services available to our tenants. All our tenants are provided with a detailed list of local organisations, schools, healthcare provisions and emergency contacts to provide the help they need.

Our housing officers collaborate with local authorities and charities to help provide essential shelter, food and outreach programmes for tenants. We aim to provide the resources they need for stability and to help them succeed.

We have seen huge successes in places like Coventry, where the local community provided free memberships to the community centre, hosted parents and children groups, organised drop-in days and supplied free lunches.
