At Stef & Philips we only manage and operate properties that are fit for purpose and meet our exacting quality standards. All our properties undergo strict inspections by our in-house construction and compliance team, and we manage all of the refurbishment and remodelling to meet our specifications.

Make placement easy and welcoming

Our experienced team works directly with your housing officers and their teams to ensure that you can quickly and efficiently place the individuals and families in your care into the most suitable accommodation. With our own housing officers assigned to specific properties, we personally check everyone in and provide a dedicated point of contact throughout their stay.
